Terms and conditions
1. Who these terms are for
These terms apply to every agreement between Esoteric Mastery, Veldhuizen 3, Building 4, 7371 GM Loenen, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 42165215 (“we”), and a participant or client (“you”), for trainings, intensives, ritual experiences, online programmes, monthly rituals, personal sessions and mentorships offered on esotericmastery.com. Deviations apply only if we confirmed them in writing beforehand. The Art of Rebellion (Mara Palumbra) is not offered for sale on this site; nothing in these terms gives a right to take part in it.
2. How an agreement comes about
An agreement is concluded when you book and pay through the site and receive our confirmation by e-mail, or when you register by e-mail or in a conversation and we confirm your place in writing. From that moment the agreement is binding for both of us.
3. Prices and payment
Prices on the site are in euro and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. The price that applies is the one shown at the moment you book. When you book through the site, you pay the full amount at checkout; payments are handled by Stripe, and we never see your card or bank details. When you register by e-mail for a training with a fee above € 150, we may agree on a deposit of € 100 at registration and the balance no later than six weeks before the start; for registrations within six weeks of the start, the full amount is due at once. Invoices are sent digitally and are payable within 14 days. If payment is late, we send at most two reminders; after that we may hand the claim to a collection agency, and the costs of that are for you. Your place is confirmed only once payment has been received; if the full amount has not been paid by the start, we may hold your place until it has.
4. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer and you book through the site, you may cancel within 14 days after booking without giving a reason, and we refund what you paid within 14 days. Two exceptions the law allows, and that you accept when you book: a training, experience or session on a fixed date that takes place within those 14 days, and an online programme of which you have already opened the first module. In those cases the right of withdrawal ends at that moment. To withdraw, write to info@esotericmastery.com.
5. Your participation
You take part on your own responsibility. At registration, and whenever it changes, you tell us about physical or psychological conditions that matter for your safety or for the way we work; we treat that information confidentially (see the privacy policy). We may refuse or end your participation if, in our professional judgement, participation is not responsible, if a condition poses a risk, or if you do not keep to these terms or to the conduct the work asks for. In that case we refund the part of the fee that relates to what you have not yet received, unless the reason lies with you.
6. If you cancel
Cancelling a training, intensive or ritual experience is done in writing and counts from the moment we confirm it. Outside the right of withdrawal, this applies: more than four weeks before the start, an administrative fee of € 100; two to four weeks before, 50 % of the fee; less than two weeks before, the full fee. For a programme with a fee below € 100 the full amount is due. Deposits are not refunded. Someone else may take your place only with our written agreement beforehand. Once a programme has started, there is no refund, compensation or substitution. If a payment plan was agreed, the full amount remains due, also if you stop early.
Personal sessions and mentorship hours can be moved or cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance; later than that, the session is due. A mentorship of one or three months is a whole; hours not taken within the agreed period lapse.
7. If we cancel or change something
We may cancel or move a training, for instance when there are too few participants or when Don Rodolfo or a facilitator cannot be present. If we cancel, we refund what you paid in full; we are not liable for other costs you incurred, such as travel or accommodation. We may change the content, order or structure of a programme, replace a facilitator, or change a date, time or place when that is needed for quality or safety. Such changes do not give a right to a refund, unless a change of date makes it impossible for you to attend; then you may cancel free of charge.
8. Online programmes
Access to an online programme is personal and may not be shared. Modules are released step by step, on the schedule we set for that programme. You keep access for the period stated with the programme; without a stated period, for one year after the start. Questions you send in may be answered in a recorded Q&A that all participants of that programme can hear or watch; if you do not want your question used in that way, say so when you send it. We may take access away from anyone who shares an account or distributes material.
9. Recordings and materials
All materials we provide, on paper or online, including texts, workbooks, audio, video, recordings, certificates, models and methods, remain our intellectual property. You may use them for your own practice within the programme. Copying, sharing, publishing or using them commercially, in whole or in part, is not allowed without our written consent. Recording a live training, in sound or image, is not allowed without our consent.
10. Confidentiality and conduct
What other participants share during a training stays within the room. You treat facilitators and participants with respect; we ask the same of ourselves. Behaviour that harms the safety or the concentration of the group can lead to ending your participation, without refund.
11. Liability
Our trainings and programmes are education and inner work; they are not medical or psychological treatment and do not replace it. You decide yourself whether to take part and what to do with what you learn. Our liability for damage is limited to the amount you paid for the training or programme in question, except where the law does not allow a limitation. We are not liable for indirect damage.
12. Complaints
If something is not right, write to info@esotericmastery.com. We confirm receipt within a week and answer within four weeks. If we cannot resolve it together, the dispute goes to the competent court of the District Court of Gelderland, the Netherlands; Dutch law applies. As a consumer you may also use the European online dispute resolution platform.

14. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The version that applies to your booking is the one published at the moment you booked.
